What are the gate hours?

Our clients have access to the facility from
4:30am – 8pm
365 days a year.

What are the office hours?

The office is open Monday – Thursday 9am -5pm, and Friday 9am -4pm. We are closed on major holidays.

What are your rental terms?

We offer month to month leases.

 

Am I required to store long-term?

With us, you can rent for as short or as long a time as you desire. We offer month-to-month leases.

I need a storage space in the middle of the month, do you pro-rate?

The contract month begins on the date you sign the contract. The rent is due on that day every month. We do not pro-rate to have your rent due on the 1st.

Does the facility have lights and cameras?

Yes, our entire facility is illuminated with LED lighting from dusk to dawn We also use digital surveillance cameras on site for extra security.

Does the facility have fencing?

Yes, the entire facility is enclosed by an 8-foot high concrete security fence.

 

 

What security features do you offer?

Our facility has 24-hour video surveillance, a fully fenced perimeter, and and a gated entrance with electronic keypad access.

What type of security does your facility provide?

To ensure your valuables are taken care of, our park is fully equipped with security cameras and monitored access. For added protection, the grounds are well lit every day of the week, with security fencing and an electronic gate code system along the perimeter.

Where are you located?

Gateway Storage is conveniently located off Power Rd. between Warner Rd. and Elliot Rd., in Mesa, Arizona.

What size spaces are available?

We offer accommodations ranging from 20’ to 40’. Please click here to view the available sizes.

 

What other types of vehicles can be stored here?

We see all types of vehicles reserving space here including RVs, fifth wheels, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, food trucks, buses, home-based business vehicles (i.e. landscapers, roofers, plumbers, etc.), and more.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the day you sign the lease agreement, and 30 days after that date. (If you signed on the 7th, your rent is always due on the 7th.) Rent is late after 5 days and there is a $10 late fee. You will receive an invoice via email approximately 10 days prior to your due date.

How do I pay my storage bill?

We accept cash, check, and charge. Automatic check payments can be set up through Bill Pay. Paying by debit/credit card incurs a 4% fee. An after-hours drop box is available by the side door.

How much notice is needed if I need to move out?

We kindly ask that you please give us a 30-day notice if you need to move out.

 

 

What are your hours of accessibility?

We offer access 7 days a week through the electronic gate code and your PIN. The gate hours are 4:30am-8:00pm.

 

Do you accept major credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment methods. Cash and checks are also accepted.

Am I able to set up an auto-pay system?

Yes, we can help you set up convenient automatic billing on your credit card. You also have the option to arrange automatic payments through your bank, where they send a check each month.
